Attendee Registration –
1 Sponsorship
- Everyone attending the Conference and Expo must register in advance or on-site.
- The Attendee Registration Sponsorship includes:
- Distribution of lanyard & badge holders. (To be approved by Infrastructure Resources)
- Sponsor to supply lanyards and badge holders, with sponsor’s logo.
- Kick panels with sponsor's name/logo on all registration booths.
- Sponsor’s logo will be prominent, but the kick panels will also have the CGA and the CGA Excavation Safety Conference & Expo logos.
- Banner with the sponsor's logo to be hung at the Registration Counter.
- Banner will have the sponsor's name/logo and will recognize them as the Registration Sponsor.
- Infrastructure Resources will supply the banner.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in pre-show marketing materials, promoting the conference.
- Sponsor’s logo will be on all registration forms, including all printed forms and online
registration forms. - All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their
conference name badges.

Welcome Reception and San Diego Harbor Networking Dinner Cruise –
4 Sponsorship
- The Welcome Reception is the big kick-off reception in the exhibit hall for both the conference and the opening of the Expo. There will be hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, making it a great networking event. This will be on Tuesday from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm.
- The San Diego Harbor Dinner Cruise will take place Wednesday from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. this cruise is for attendees and exhibitors and is a "private" dinner cruise while enjoying the famous sights of San Diego.
- This Sponsorship Includes:
A 5' x 10' banner in the exhibit hall that recognizes your company as a co-sponsor of the Welcome Reception. The banner will remain up throughout the entire show. - Signage recognizing the sponsorship on all hors d'oeuvres and appetizer tables at both receptions.
- Signage on "The Lord Hornblower" yacht, recognizing your sponsorship of the San Diego Harbor Dinner Cruise.
- Recognition of your sponsorship for the reception and cruise on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship for reception and cruise in the Conference program guide.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in pre-show marketing materials, promoting the conference along with the Welcome Reception and the San Diego Harbor Dinner Cruise.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on two pre-show email blasts to the registration list. One reminds attendees about the Welcome Reception on Tuesday from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm, and the other reminds attendees about the Harbor Dinner Cruise on Wednesday from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm.
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their

Common Ground Alliance (CGA) Annual Meeting Breakfast –
3 Sponsorship
- This is the CGA’s Annual Meeting and will be attended by CGA members and other stakeholders interested in damage prevention. At the 2009 meeting, there were 600 people in attendance.
- The CGA Annual Meeting Breakfast Sponsorship includes:
- A 5' x 10' banner hung by the stage during the breakfast and meeting that recognizes your company as a co-sponsor of the CGA Annual Meeting Breakfast.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in pre-show marketing materials, promoting the conference and the CGA Annual Meeting Breakfast.
- Sponsor is welcome to provide promotional material/items that they would like distributed at the breakfast. (Materials must be pre-approved by Infrastructure Resources.)
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their
conference name badges.

Conference Portfolio / Front Cover –
1 Sponsorship
- At registration, each attendee who has purchased a conference package will be given a conference portfolio. The Front Cover Sponsorship will have the sponsor's logo prominently, near the center and on the front of the portfolio, with the conference logo smaller and closer to the bottom. This is a great opportunity to keep your company's name in the attendee's mind.
- The Conference Portfolio Front Cover Sponsorship includes:
- All conference portfolios. (Approximately 700)
- Selection of portfolio is by Infrastructure Resources.
- Sponsor's logo will be on the front center of the portfolio, either debossed or screen printed.
- Distribution of portfolios at registration.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their
conference name badges.

Conference Portfolio / Inside cover –
1 Sponsorship
- At registration, each attendee who has purchased a conference package will be given a conference portfolio. The Inside Cover Sponsorship will have the sponsor's logo prominently displayed on the inside of the cover. This is a great opportunity to keep your company's name in the attendee's mind.
- The Conference Portfolio Inside Cover Sponsorship includes:
- All conference portfolios. (Approximately 700)
- Selection of portfolio is by Infrastructure Resources.
- Sponsor's logo and any other information of the sponsor's (depending upon space availability) on the inside cover, either debossed or screen printed.
- Distribution of portfolios at registration.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their
conference name badges.

Conference Pen –
1 Sponsorship
- This quality pen will be included with all Conference Portfolios, distributed to each attendee who has purchased a conference package. This attractive, high-quality pen will be something that attendees will keep and use for a long time after the Conference. Your logo will be imprinted on the pens, reminding attendees of your presence and participation at the Conference & Expo.
- The Confereence Pen Sponsorship includes:
- All pens. (Approximately 700)
- Sponsor's logo imprinted on each pen. (Sponsor must supply artwork.)
- Distribution of pens at registration.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.

Session Notes / Materials –
1 Sponsorship
- Since this is information that attendees will keep for a long time, it's a great way to remind them of your company's participation long after the conference ends.
- This sponsorship covers the notes that go with each session, supplied electronically to us by each session speaker(s). The notes are printed (black & white) and 3-hole punched and stapled. There will be a cover page on the front of each session packet. Approximately the top two-thirds of each cover page will list the session name, session number, speaker, date, time and the room number. The remaining space will include the sponsor's logo with the Conference & Expo logo in one of the corners. There will also be enough room to put a message, slogan or tagline with a web site address and phone number next to the sponsor's logo. Every person attending each session will recieve a copy of the notes that the speaker has supplied. A three-ring binder will also be provided to each conference attendee to ensure that the notes are retained.

Session Break Refreshments –
1 Sponsorship
- Sponsor receives recognition during session breaks each day by providing attendees with a real treat.
- Session Refreshment Breaks Sponsorship includes:
- Signage by all of the refreshment stands for session attendees. The signs, with sponsor’s logo, will note that your company is sponsoring the breaks.
- Beverages included (non-alcoholic).
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web Site
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in any pre-show marketing materials that promote the conference.
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their
conference name badges.

Official Show Bag –
1 Sponsorship
- Put your company’s log in the hands of everyone attending the show. Each bag will have the sponsor’s logo printed on one side and the event logo printed on the other. Bags should be produced from fabric.
- Official Bag Sponsorship includes:
- Bags distributed at the registration desk. (Sponsor to provide bags)
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their

Locator Workshop Lunch / Refreshment Breaks –
3 Sponsorship
- On Tuesday, March 2, there will be an all-day (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) Locator Workshop, presented by Bob Nighswonger of The Utility Training Academy. Lunch will be provided for workshop attendees along with beverages for morning and afternoon breaks.

- The Oil & Gas Summit is an open forum conducted by a panel of industry leaders from across North America. Panel members share results of successful programs being used to improve excavation safety and damage prevention. There is also an interactive exchange with the audience.

- View video items (tapes, CDs, DVDs) that are industry related and are for sale.
- Get copies of publications and literature from industry endorsing organizations.
- Resource Center Sponsorship includes:
- A banner in the resource center, acknowledging your sponsorship of the Resource Center.
- Recognition of your sponsorship on the Conference web site.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the Conference program guide.
- All attendees from the sponsoring company will receive a "Sponsorship Ribbon" for their
conference name badges.
- There will be a person in the Resource Center full time to answer and assist attendees with their requests.

- The Damage Prevention Theater is where attendees can view on a big screen videos that cover related industry topics. These videos will cycle through, providing continuous viewing. Many will also be available for purchase at the Resource Center.
- The Damage Prevention Theater will be close to the Resource Center to provide access to someone who can answer questions.

- A banner in the Damage Prevention Theater, acknowledging your sponsorship of the Theater.
