Cancellation Policy: CGA recognizes both professional and personal situations can result in needing to make changes to business travel. Therefore, if your plans change, substitutions are always welcome in lieu of cancellations. If written notice is received by March 3, 2025, then the registration fee will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. After March 3, cancellations are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within two weeks. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants. Please note that the program is subject to change at any time.
Badge Scanning Policy: By attending, you acknowledge and accept the badge scanning policy. You understand that your badge may be scanned on entry or exit to CGA Expo and used in relation to event safety, security and that the event organizer may use this information in aggregate form to analyze and improve the visitor experience.
Exhibitors and attendees hereby grant to show management and its authorized representatives the absolute right and permission to use name, likeness, biographical information, voice content of any interview’s, image and or photograph and or other indicia of persona including without limitation for use on digital and social platforms, trade advertising or promotional purpose. Exhibitors and attendees shall have no rights of review or approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim arising out of or resulting from the use, alteration, blurring, distortion, or illusionary affect (whether intentional or otherwise) and agree to release and hold Expo show management and its authorized representatives harmless for any and all such uses.
Exhibitors are permitted to photograph and or videotape within their own booth. Working members of the press are required to check in at registration, receive an authorization badge and be escorted by marketing to photograph/ videotape at the show. No other photographers
CGA attendees hereby agree to release and hold harmless show management, its employees, vendors, agents, contractors, from any alleged and or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses or and kind of (Claim) which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the event, including but not limited to property damage and personal injuries, whether or not foreseeable.
Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative. Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech. Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert show management if you notice a dangerous or harassing situation or someone in distress.
Unacceptable Conduct:
Unacceptable behaviors include intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct. All who participate in the event deserve respectful treatment, regardless of the capacity in which they are attending, whether a speaker, sponsor, attendee, or show/vendor staff member.
CGAExpo defines harassment to include offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, gender identity, or disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwelcome following; harassing photo/videography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
Verbal or physical (virtual environmental) abuse, intimidation, threats, efforts to annoy others, harassment, stalking, against any person, which in any way creates a disturbance that is disruptive or dangerous, or creates reasonable apprehension in a person, is also unacceptable.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at the event or related events, whether by attendees, media, speakers, sponsors, organizers, or vendor staff. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
CGAExpo expects all event participants (staff, sponsors, speakers, attendees, and other guests) to abide by this code of conduct at all events conducted as part of CGAExpo regardless of platform and activity. Show management, in its sole discretion, may bar those who violate this Code from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the CGAExpo events, without refund of any fees paid.
CGA reserves the right to deny admission to, or remove any party from CGAExpo for any reason.
CGAExpo attendees are prohibited from soliciting business from other attendees or exhibitors in any of the facilities used as part of CGAExpo, except when such solicitation is made by a CGAExpo Exhibitor within the Exhibitor’s booth or event space, as previously authorized by Show Management.
