  • 25% deposit due upon receipt of contract for each sponsorship and advertisement.
  • Balance due January 4, 2020.
  • For contracts received after January 4, 2020 total amount due upon receipt of contract.
  • Balances not paid in full by due date are subject to cancellation.

No refunds. IR reserves the right to cancel sponsorship if payments are not made by due dates. If sponsorship is cancelled, IR retains the right to all previously paid funds. Failure to abide by any provisions of this agreement may result in suspension of your right to be a sponsor or seek damages for breach of this agreement.
